Day rate:

Principal talent full day rate $1200 +  20% agency fee, if applicable. Rate includes usage.
Principal talent half day rate $700 + 20% agency fee, if applicable. Rate includes usage

 

Extra full day rate $600 + 20% agency fee, if applicable.
Extra half day rate $400 + 20% agency fee, if applicable.

Payment terms: Payment is a typical net 30 day term upon invoice.
Usage: 10 years, non-broadcast, corporate training course and web. Videos will be included in our new corporate training course, taught in organizations’ classes of 15-30 people at a time. Possible usage in speeches at events like tradeshows, to help advertise the course.
Tynopsis/Storyline:

Video content is used for B-Roll footage only. Non-speaking. Talent will have scripted lines or improv. but no audio is being recorded except to sync cameras. No spoken lines in the final edit. Videos are being narrated separately.

PEOPLE NOT DOTS: Shoots Mon Jul 8. Half-day approx. 12.30pm – 4.30pm.
– A woman has a disagreement with a coworker but later changes her perspective of him and improves relationships in the company.

FORGIVING OURSELVES: Shoots Tue Jul 9. Full day for most talent approx. 8.30am to 5pm
– Two successful businesswomen at the same company dislike each other. They later have a conversation during a corporate training and their relationship improves. (Extra’s may be needed for a full or half-day)

360 FEEDBACK: Shoots Wed Jul 10. Half-day approx. 12.30pm – 4.30pm.
– A woman receives a feedback report from her peers and takes it in while reading it at her computer. At first she’s kind of shocked/frustrated/taken aback, but then realizes it’s a positive thing. Introspection.

 

Roles:

SPOT: PEOPLE, NOT DOTS:

  • Sarah (name may change after casting)
    • 30–35-year-old woman
    • Could be Black, Indian, or Latina
  • Gabriel (name may change after casting)
    • 35–40-year-old man
    • Could be Latino, East Asian, or Black
    • Probably a little older than Sarah, has slightly more experience.
  • Extras/Background
    • Jay, one of Sarah’s coworkers. Man, 35–40.
    • Tess, one of Sarah’s coworkers. Woman, 45–55, possibly plus-size.
  • What happens in the video?
    • It’s mostly Sarah working at her desk. She’ll also meet with Gabriel in his office, and have a quick chat with coworkers in her office or in the hallway.

SPOT: FORGIVING OURSELVES:

  • Tamra (name may change after casting)
    • Woman, approx. 40–45.
    • Somewhat racially ambiguous. Probably not White or Black.
    • Looks a little like Janet. (Not like they’re sisters, but like they have a similar background.)
  • Janet (name may change after casting)
    • Woman, approx. 40–45.
    • Somewhat racially ambiguous. Probably not White or Black.
    • Looks a little like Tamra. (Not like they’re sisters, but like they have a similar background.)
  • Facilitator (may only be needed for half day shoot)
    • Man, 40–50.
    • (teaching a corporate training course)
  • Extras/Background
    • They are attending a training course with Tamra and Janet.
      • 8 people of a variety of ages and ethnicities.
        • 4 women, 4 men
        • A couple of people with things like tattoos or dyed hair are welcome.
  • What happens in the video?
    • We’ll see Tamra and Janet each in their offices—working or talking to coworkers. We’ll also see them in a conference room or training room with coworkers; they’ll agree to go have a conversation together and then come back.

  • Nora
    • 50-year-old Woman.
  • Extras/Background
    • Carol, approx. 35-year-old Woman.
  • What happens in the video?
    • Nora sits at her desk, reads the report on the screen, is introspective. She may chat with a coworker, too (in person and/or over a video call).

I cannot accept self-tapes in vertical format. Do not save your self-tape as a youtube story. I am getting submissions that are not horizonal.
